They had a brand all along, but fell short on expressing it in a way that resonated with their target audience. This is where INFINI came in. We had an in-depth conversation about their story and their values and learned that they stood for beauty, functionality, and unbeatable quality built from an idea. A vision. Whether their clients envisioned a growing business, a vacation home, or a custom home for their family to enjoy for generations, LevelTX would construct it into reality. Just like that, their fresh brand was crafted!

One key differentiator that LevelTX boasts is their use of technology to ensure smooth project management and completion, as well as sturdy structures that will stand the test of time. Desiring to be different from other homebuilders, we set out to design a unique website complete with vibrant imagery, sleek lines, and user intuitiveness. Considering the fact that the vast majority of people browse the internet on their smartphones, any website we design must be mobile compatible. Their Google Ads budget is split between different campaigns and is complete with competitive keywords, close monitoring, and regular optimization. It’s especially crucial to watch a Google Ads campaign in the early stages while data is being gathered. Once we allowed the data to be collected and the ads to gain traction, we finetuned their campaigns. Since then, we have been generating highly qualified leads from people ready to buy a home.

As soon as LevelTX’s new website was ready for launch, we began writing and publishing 4 blogs per month. SEO, while a slower process, is the best way to steadily gain visibility from people searching for new construction homes or build-on-your-lot homes throughout the Greater Houston Area. While it does take a bit longer, a strong SEO strategy yields a top rank on page 1 of Google and other search engines.

When you run a search on Google or other search engines, the unpaid results that appear are usually blog posts and product/service pages. The more you blog, the more credibility your company can earn, and the stronger its position on page 1. We have been focusing our SEO efforts on both new construction homes in the Lake Conroe area and custom, build-on-your-lot homes.

However, much of their competition is also blogging, so to stand out, we emphasize branded blogs. This ensures the articles we write are extra unique, valuable, and strengthen their brand–effectively boosting customer loyalty and increasing leads.

LevelTX frequently requests our graphic design services so that we can create collateral for their sales team. In addition to sleek business cards with QR codes, we’ve designed numerous stylish brochures for their residential division, including custom/build on your lot homes and new construction homes in up and coming residential developments. We have also created brochures for their commercial division as they prepare to expand that side of their company.

With LevelTX’s beautiful builds, it’s only natural that they seek attractive photos and videos to showcase their work. We regularly send our photographer and videographer to worksites to capture:
